WRAL has the distinction of managing more cameras than any other station in the country. As of this writing they are regularly use 39, all managed by Videstra. Word is that they are adding more, and have no plans to stop! Videstra is happy to help!

WRAL is known for its tremendous technical leadership and represents the vanguard of all that is new and exciting in broadcast technology today. Led by Director of Engineering Pete Sockett, WRAL has quickly adopted and set new standards of excellence, including the first commercial simulcast television station using the ATSC 3.0 standard and launching a local sports channel WNGT. Videstra is proud to be a small part of the WRAL technology platforms. In fact, WRAL is using three Videstra systems every day within their facility.
