SCALABILITY
Videstra Vestraview can accept one or 100 cameras with the same in-house infrastructure. DIY is often implemented with a one-to-one camera/decoder implementation that puts additional decoder and video hardware into the broadcast plant every time a new camera is deployed. This approach consumes unnecessary infrastructure resources like router ports and rack space that Videstra does not. Worse, many DIY solutions employ scan converters and daisy-chained hardware with numerous complicated failure points.
SUPPORTED SOLUTION
Videstra stands behind our solution and provides customers continuing expertise on IP camera deployment, maintenance and expansion. We have years of certified expertise with IP cameras and broadcast engineering. We are not an engineer in your maintenance shop building something in their spare time that neither scales nor delivers a rich feature set.
