WRAL recently added a camera focused on the Top of the Hill Restaurant and Brewery in downtown Chapel Hill. TOPO, as it is colloquially called, has been called the “Best Place to Watch ACC Basketball” by the Daily Tar Heel and The Independent Weekly!
